Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant DevOps and cloud infrastructure roles.
Experienced in balancing technical delivery with budget accountability and risk management within structured organizational systems.
Capable of identifying process and security shortcomings and leading small-scale change management initiatives.
Skilled in both leading teams and developing technical capabilities of direct reports as per organizational development frameworks.
