About This Role
- Ensure operational stability and production support of cloud-based payment applications, focusing on Azure environment and incident management.
- Monitor application health and performance, utilizing Azure DevOps and Dynatrace for proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot .NET application runtime issues, and manage SQL queries for operational and business data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Application Support roles.
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and SQL required; intermediate knowledge of .NET applications mandatory.
- Experience with production support in cloud-hosted enterprise environments including incident and change management.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 7 years
