About This Role
- Build and scale AGCO's Electronics, Software & Electrical Engineering team in Pune, including defining organization structure and leading recruitment and development.
- Lead end-to-end development activities following AGCO's product development system and V-cycle methodology, ensuring delivery excellence, quality, and efficiency.
- Drive adoption of Model-Based Systems Engineering, Digital Twin, and AI-enabled engineering to improve productivity and innovation across electronics, software, and electrical systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Software, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- 12-18 years of engineering leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong experience in embedded systems and software development with deep knowledge of Software Architecture, MBSE, MBD, Simulation & Virtual Validation, and Electrical Systems Development.
- Onsite work in Pune, India; experience establishing or scaling engineering organizations with international collaboration, preferably with European engineering teams.

- Experienced in building and managing large, multidisciplinary engineering teams within India in global, cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex electronics, software, and electrical system development programs with a focus on structured development methodologies and digital engineering tools.
- Strategic thinker able to drive engineering transformation through AI-assisted practices and modern digital engineering (Digital Twin, MBSE) to enhance productivity and innovation.
