About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, DBT, and Azure services.
- Manage data integration workflows from Guidewire applications and insurance data platforms into cloud environments (Azure, Snowflake).
- Provide technical leadership, including code reviews, pipeline optimization, data governance, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Platform, especially Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Proven experience with Snowflake, DBT, SQL, and integrating Guidewire InsuranceSuite data (including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

- Experienced technical leader familiar with insurance domain data models and Guidewire integrations.
- Skilled in cloud-native data engineering environments with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
