About This Role
- Develop and deliver analytics capabilities and UI applications (using React, Tableau, SQL, CI/CD, GitLab, AWS) for Global Medical business within a SAFe product team.
- Lead support and enhancement of Data & Analytics applications based on Databricks, React, and Tableau, ensuring integration and operational excellence across global teams.
- Drive AI/LLM based proof of concepts, software design communication, automated testing, and continuous integration to support strategic organizational initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree with 8 to 13 years of Information Systems experience.
- 8+ years in developing/supporting Data & Analytics Data Lake systems, metrics/visualization tools, and enterprise Agile development experience.
- Proficiency in React-based UI development, Tableau or Power BI, Databricks, SQL, REST APIs, and familiarity with AWS services.
- Experience working within SAFe Agile frameworks and collaborating across matrixed/global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced practitioner of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with track record delivering complex analytics solutions in regulated, matrixed environments.
- Strong data integration and end-to-end software development lifecycle expertise combined with ability to lead application support and operational excellence.
- Skilled in driving AI/LLM innovation proofs of concept while balancing multiple projects and collaborating with both onshore and offshore global teams.
