Experienced in managing large, cross-functional engineering teams with strong stakeholder management at senior levels.
Deep technical expertise in legacy distributed systems and modern cloud-native technologies, with proven ability in architecture and deployment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban) and capable of driving technology modernization in fintech or payments domain environments.
