Willingness to work shifts overlapping with US, APAC and EMEA hours; strong technology skills required.
Experienced fund accounting professional comfortable managing complex financial reporting and client deliverables under tight deadlines.
A team leader capable of training, coaching, and coordinating multi-departmental and global offshore teams effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with proven ability to implement process improvements and technology enhancements.
