About This Role
- Manage end-to-end payroll accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, and variance explanations.
- Support and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company accounting policies, SOX controls and assist in internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/CWA).
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or payroll-related roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Work Experience Required: 3–6 years in relevant finance/accounting roles.

- Experienced in payroll accounting with demonstrated ability to handle journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis independently.
- Able to collaborate effectively with HR, Business Finance, Payroll Operations, and global stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Skilled in identifying control gaps and contributing to remediation and process improvement initiatives related to internal controls and finance processes.
