Must be willing to work on-site in Bangalore from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Experience working in a global finance environment with understanding of global processes and transaction flows.
Strong analytical capability to link financial results with operational performance and a track record in delivering actionable business insights.
Demonstrated adaptability to ambiguity and change; experience in process improvement and using BI tools (e.g., QlikSense, OneStream) is a plus.
