Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM and GRC compliance framework within large, complex organizations, preferably financial institutions.
Skilled in leading test teams with ability to collaborate across product owners, developers, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and continuous improvement.
