Experienced Test Lead with deep domain expertise in ServiceNow IRM, compliance tools, and risk event/reporting testing within complex environments.
Proficient in agile testing methodologies with hands-on experience in integrating testing tools and automation frameworks including ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, and Playwright.
Capable of collaborating effectively with product owners, developers, and business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality delivery.
