Education: Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration; Work Experience Required: 4-6 years.
Experienced in agile testing methodologies with expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, Java, or Playwright preferred.
Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow IRM, compliance testing, risk event and risk profile reporting within large-scale or global financial institution environments.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, handle impact analysis, test strategy improvement, automation coverage, and DevOps toolchain integration.
