Education: Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Experienced leader with 2+ years managing quality engineering/testing teams focused on ServiceNow IRM and Compliance tools.
Deep domain expertise in ServiceNow IRM, integrated risk management, compliance testing, and risk reporting within regulated environments.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, Playwright) and CI/CD pipeline integrations for enterprise software delivery.
