Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech) or equivalent; Master of Business Administration preferred.
Experienced leader with strong domain expertise in ServiceNow IRM and GRC testing in large or global financial institutions.
Skilled in agile methodologies, test lifecycle management, and integration of automated testing within DevOps environments.
Holds or is pursuing ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC certification and familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Selenium, Java, Playwright).
