Minimum 2 years experience in leadership role managing GRC Program Team.
Strong experience specifically with ServiceNow IRM and ServiceNow testing tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, ServiceNow testing module, Bugzilla).
Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years; Education Required: Bachelor of Technology and/or Master of Business Administration.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM domain with practical experience in compliance tools and risk event reporting.
Experienced in agile testing methodologies with demonstrated ability leading teams and managing end-to-end test lifecycles in complex regulatory or financial industry environments.
Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Java, Playwright), CI/CD pipeline integration, and usage of test frameworks such as ServiceNow ATF is a strong advantage.
