Bachelor’s degree in Technology (BTech) or Master of Business Administration is mandatory.
Experienced in leading testing and quality assurance for ServiceNow IRM applications within large-scale GRC programs, preferably in global financial institutions.
Demonstrates strong technical skills integrating testing tools with DevOps pipelines and automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, and ServiceNow ATF.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally to translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases and effectively manage end-to-end test coverage in an agile environment.
