Education: Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Experienced in leading and mentoring testing teams within ServiceNow IRM or GRC domains in large-scale environments, preferably global financial institutions.
Demonstrates deep functional expertise in IRM, compliance tooling, risk events, and risk profile reporting with proficiency in test automation and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Capable of translating complex business scenarios into detailed test strategies and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery quality.
