Strong knowledge of agile testing methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow testing module, Bugzilla.
Experience with testing lifecycle (STLC) and familiarity with test automation tools like ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, Java, Playwright is desirable.
Experienced in leading GRC testing teams with functional expertise in ServiceNow IRM and compliance risk management.
Comfortable operating in agile environments involving multiple lines of defense (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD) and complex enterprise risk frameworks.
Skilled in integrating and improving automated testing within CI/CD pipelines and collaborating cross-functionally with product and business teams to align testing with business requirements.
