About This Role
- Own and enhance core sales dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, bookings, revenue, and productivity metrics with a focus on accuracy and scalability.
- Conduct advanced data analyses to identify sales trends, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support sales forecasting and pipeline management by partnering with Sales Operations, and lead process improvements including automation to increase reporting efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and strong SQL skills; experience with Python preferred.
- Work primarily onsite at an HPE office (Onsite requirement).

- Experienced in managing end-to-end sales analytics reporting and forecasting in a large enterprise environment.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver data-driven sales insights.
