About This Role
- Lead end-to-end coordination and timely procurement of all project regulatory approvals and permissions to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
- Manage and mentor the liaising team, set priorities, and ensure cross-department collaboration to achieve strategic timelines for approvals.
- Monitor and report budget expenditure related to approval processes, ensuring financial oversight and cost-effective planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or Engineering (B.Tech).
- 15+ years of experience, preferably in real estate or infrastructure sectors focusing on regulatory approvals and government liaising.
- Experience handling documentation and approvals for permits including Old Tenure, Section 63, Non-Agricultural permissions, and environmental NOCs.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years

- Strong leadership experience managing teams responsible for regulatory approvals and government liaison.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with multiple government departments and regulatory bodies.
- Proven track record in budget management and procedural compliance within complex infrastructure or real estate projects requiring multilayered approvals.
