About This Role

Lead architecture and design of cloud native, event-driven applications and resilient batch applications using technologies such as PCF, AWS, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and REST APIs.

Drive continuous integration and deployment strategies, ensuring adherence to architecture, security, and technology standards.

Mentor and lead multiple agile teams through the full software development lifecycle, including sprint planning and incident resolution, influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with modern application development experience.

Approximately 7 years of technology experience including 5+ years in Java API development and 2+ years as a technical lead in enterprise communications solution delivery.

Strong expertise in Java and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch), microservices, event-driven applications (Kafka), security frameworks (AES, JWT, oAuth2), and cloud platforms (PCF, AWS).

Experience with Agile frameworks including SAFe, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, uDeploy), and monitoring/support tools (Splunk, New Relic).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced hands-on architect who thrives in leading complex, large-scale cloud native and event-driven systems with strong operational focus.

Technical leader capable of influencing cross-functional agile teams and stakeholders, with a track record of delivering time-sensitive projects to specification.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed, global environments supporting US and India teams with flexible working hours aligned to US Eastern Time zone.
