About This Role
- Lead technical design and architecture for complex features across the business intelligence platform, including scalable cloud-based data services, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end feature releases, system optimization, and performance improvements with focus on analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, high-quality technical solutions aligned with healthcare security and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development lifecycle.
- Strong backend development expertise using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) including services like S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Athena, API Gateway.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Has proven experience leading technical initiatives and making architectural decisions in fast-paced environments with scalable backend and frontend solutions.
- Demonstrates strong ownership mentality with expertise in both backend (Python) and frontend (React, TypeScript/JavaScript) technologies and data pipeline/ETL development.
- Skilled in optimizing complex analytical queries and maintaining high code quality through mentoring and best practices enforcement.
