About This Role
- Lead AI-driven assessments and diagnostics of Provider Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, technology, data, and operations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement AI-first PLM solutions including provider onboarding and lifecycle journeys, leveraging AI/ML, GenAI, NLP, OCR, and automation to reduce turnaround times and manual effort.
- Define and monitor key PLM performance metrics (e.g., Time-to-Network, Directory Accuracy), develop business cases and transformation roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong domain expertise in Provider Lifecycle Management including Credentialing, Re-credentialing, Contracting, Enrollment, Onboarding, and Provider Data Management.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, GenAI, process mining, and analytics applied to healthcare PLM or related workflows.
- Ability to develop API/integration strategies involving healthcare platforms such as Facets, QNXT, EHRs, CAQH, NPDB, and Salesforce Health Cloud.
