About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of enterprise analytics projects focused on scientific and business decision support in R&D environments.
- Act as trusted advisor to customers by identifying needs, proposing solutions, and linking technology to business problems to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of customer service culture.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years overall professional experience with 5-7 years relevant in enterprise analytics systems implementation or scientific applications support in pharmacology or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Science, or Technical discipline.
- Experience in deploying COTS or SaaS enterprise analytics solutions, preferably including TIBCO Spotfire® and Revvity Signals modules.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite >20%; experience in regulated environment computer systems validation.

- Experienced in customer-facing roles implementing scientific analytics software and solutions within global accounts or similar environments.
- Capable of bridging technical expertise and customer relationship management to deliver business intelligence systems with competitive value.
