About This Role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Build and manage a sales team, including hiring and training to meet business needs and sales objectives.
- Engage directly with merchants to educate on and convert sales of Swipe machines (EDC) and manage their accounts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in distribution sales within fintech, banking sales, or EDC sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of the local language in Hyderabad.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in relevant sales domain.
