Ability to work second shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST), weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
Knowledge of SDLC models, test management tools (ALM, JIRA, SQL Developer), and beginner-level Selenium automation, plus understanding of Core Java and SQL.
Experienced in Agile and Scrum frameworks with practical knowledge of sprint lifecycle, artifacts, and ceremonies.
Skills in project or program management domain with familiarity of JIRA Align and Confluence tools.
Capable of operating independently under dynamic, pressured environments with risk compliance awareness.
