Deep domain expertise in Order Management Systems and Fulfillment including inventory, returns, payment orchestration, omnichannel commerce; experience with OMS platforms like Manhattan Active Omni, Sterling, or Blue Yonder OMS.
Experienced technical leader proficient in cloud-native, distributed, event-driven architecture using GCP and Apache Kafka for high-scale commerce systems.
Strong integrator comfortable working with product, architecture, and globally distributed engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable API-first solutions.
Demonstrated ability to drive engineering culture through mentorship, adoption of modern engineering principles (DDD, SOLID, TDD, SRE), and implementing operational excellence (CI/CD, observability).
