Experienced in designing secure identity and access management solutions using AWS Cognito, IAM, and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
Proven capability with serverless, event-driven AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and EventBridge for scalable applications.
Strong hands-on skills with data engineering on AWS (RDS, DynamoDB, Glue, Athena), cloud contact center integration (Amazon Connect), and Infrastructure as Code automation.
