Strong expertise in managing complex building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety), building automation, and energy/sustainability initiatives.
Proficient in technical team leadership, CMMS platforms, capital project management, vendor negotiation, budget management, and client advisory roles.
