About This Role
- Lead functional design and execution of logistics partner onboarding and reverse logistics processes across global high-tech supply chain operations, focusing on RMA, returns, repair, and spares management.
- Manage B2B integration using Rosetta Net and other standards to enable seamless supplier transactions and support digital transformation in 3PL management and autonomous operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for process mapping, testing, partner validation, deployment readiness, and operational support in a multi-year enterprise platform integration program.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in reverse logistics, RMA, repair, or logistics partner integration roles within high-tech industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA logistics modules and B2B integration protocols such as Rosetta Net.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid with average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive expertise in high-tech supply chain processes related to RMA, returns, depot repair, warranty exchange, and spares logistics supporting enterprise-scale operations.
- Proven ability to lead complex ERP and supply chain transformation programs involving SAP S/4HANA migration and partner ecosystem integration, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experienced in designing, validating, and supporting B2B integrations and digital automation tools for logistics partners within a fast-paced corporate environment.
