About This Role
- Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions focused on COPA, COPC, Material Ledger, Actual Costing within SAP S/4HANA.
- Act as subject matter expert for product costing, profitability analysis, margin reporting, and month-end closing activities ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT to deliver integrated and scalable SAP CO solutions aligned with business and financial objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–9 years of hands-on SAP CO experience including COPA and COPC, supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation projects (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA features: Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Group Valuation, and FI/CO integration.
- Proficiency in integrating SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules within SAP.
- Location requirement: Based in Bangalore with willingness to work hybrid onsite (3 days/week) and extended hours for US time zone overlap.

- Experienced in manufacturing costing processes with strong ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Proven capability to manage end-to-end costing and profitability impacts across multi-functional SAP modules in large-scale transformation programs.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across global teams, especially US-based stakeholders.
