Experienced in managing complex application support in large-scale financial or technology environments with significant impact on business operations.
Strong technical skills in mainframe application environments combined with ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-IT stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capability by mentoring junior team members and driving support process improvements.
