About This Role
- Own resolution of regulatory and self-identified credit risk issues across Institutional Credit Management by designing and testing corrective actions.
- Support Portfolio Manager to improve credit risk processes via digital tools, governance controls, and operational consistency across business units.
- Lead adoption of credit risk digitalization initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring of junior team members to uphold credit culture and analytical excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years of financial services experience in Banking or Financial Institutions.
- Deep knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and Credit Risk Value Chain.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (MBA), CFA, or related field.
- Experience with Credit Officer responsibilities or equivalent credit risk skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strategic thinker with ability to partner across multiple business units for risk mitigation and process improvements.
- Proven influencer capable of driving issue resolution without direct authority and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experienced in credit risk systems, regulatory compliance, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools for analytical presentations.
