About This Role
- Manage day-to-day backend operations including yard and client onboarding on YMS portal and process administration.
- Track and coordinate execution and timely renewal of yard and client agreements and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate data, ensure compliance with SOPs, produce MIS reports and dashboards, and support continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Operations, Backend Process Management, Yard Management, or Logistics Operations.
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Work Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

- Proficient in stakeholder coordination and vendor management to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Capable of managing compliance, documentation control, and producing analytical operational reports for performance monitoring.
