About This Role
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end Air Import shipments including processing of documentation and ensuring shipment clearance and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, SOPs, and customer requirements throughout the air import operations.
- Monitor shipment status, handle exceptions, support issue resolution, and maintain operational records including support for billing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Air Import operations within Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
- Knowledge of Air Import processes and documentation is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems is required.
