About This Role
- Own end-to-end General Ledger closing and financial reporting for the entities, including timely quarterly board reports and annual parent company reports.
- Control and review GL accounting, ensure compliance with IND AS and IFRS accounting standards, and oversee monthly fiscal reviews and balance sheet governance.
- Lead statutory financial finalization quarterly including audit facilitation, preparation of financial statements as per Companies Act 2013, and managing audit closure and Board meeting deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualified with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in accounting functions within medium or large manufacturing industries.
- Must have handled annual audits as per IFRS / IND AS and possess strong knowledge of Companies Act 2013, IND AS, IFRS, and SEBI regulations.
- Mandatory SAP FI system exposure is required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years post qualification.

- Strong command on statutory compliance, audit processes, and financial governance under IND AS and IFRS.
