Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience in Clinical Research, CRO, Biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries with knowledge of enrollment forecasting, investigator grants forecasting, and project financial management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with stakeholder management and cross-functional communication ability.
Familiarity with CTMS, EDC, Oracle, and forecasting platforms to enhance forecast accuracy and automation.
