About This Role
- Own end-to-end data collection, processing, and analysis for sales, inventory, procurement, and production to generate actionable business insights.
- Design and maintain data architecture across ERP, POS, e-commerce, and HRMS systems ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports to support strategic and operational decisions across retail, production, merchandising, and finance functions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years of work experience, preferably in jewellery, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, stored procedures) and experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
- Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query, and handling large datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with jewellery business operations including inventory valuation, wastage, making charges, and margin impacts due to metal rate fluctuations.
- Ability to manage data architecture and reporting across multi-store and multi-system environments (ERP, POS, HRMS).
- Skilled at translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and interactive dashboards for non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
