About This Role
- Improve and monitor data and systems running at scale within infrastructure engineering, ensuring end-to-end application monitoring.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation, validating outputs with attention to data sensitivity and security.
- Drive daily capacity process support, identify capacity risks, govern remediation, and make significant decisions on multi-technology projects with reuse-first and AI-assisted approaches.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years applied experience with formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Contact Center Engineering specifically with Amazon Connect and related AWS services (IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, Kinesis).
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Jules), and version control systems (Git/Bitbucket).
- Demonstrated use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within infrastructure workflows with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-technology infrastructure projects with operational responsibility for capacity management and AI-assisted workflow improvements.
- Skilled in public cloud application design and implementation, particularly AWS, with knowledge of migrating across multiple cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and capable of validating AI-generated recommendations aligned to resiliency, security, and audit standards.
