Minimum Requirements
Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, system design basics, and databases.
Experience building projects involving relational databases, authentication, caching, API error handling, message queues/background jobs, and deployment beyond localhost.
Work Experience Required: Internship (3 months, paid, with opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has real project experience building backend systems touching databases, auth, caching, messaging, and deployment.
Comfortable with production-level API design and debugging, showing ownership of backend services.
Uses AI-assisted tools effectively in development workflow (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) and reads technical documentation proactively.
