About This Role
- Develop pixel-perfect, interactive UI components in React, converting Figma designs into production-ready code.
- Own frontend performance aspects including load times, re-renders, and bundle sizes while collaborating with backend engineers on API design.
- Ship end-to-end features with a focus on code quality, writing component tests, and handling full frontend responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals including closures, async, and event loop.
- Working knowledge of React including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Experience shipping real web projects beyond tutorials, with state management, API integration, routing, or design system usage.
- Work Experience Required: Internship; prior real project experience in web development needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with debugging UI issues independently using browser DevTools and optimizing performance.
- Focused on quality and UX, caring about accessibility, responsiveness, and edge cases with strong opinions on UX design.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools and discerning their output, applying AI tools to increase build efficiency.
