Experienced leader in technical major incident management for large-scale enterprise environments with strong cross-domain coordination skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle executive-level communications, stakeholder management, and incident governance effectively.
Hands-on technical proficiency in multiple infrastructure domains (minimum three) such as Windows Server, Virtualization, Unix/Linux, Network, Database, or Storage, combined with automation scripting knowledge and a focus on continuous service improvement.
