About This Role
- Drive and oversee execution of automation and operational transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities, focusing on AI, RPA integration, and digital workflows.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs ensuring resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor operational efficiency and ROI of automation projects, applying Lean and continuous improvement methods, and maintain governance frameworks for compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, including minimum 5 years in automation, AI implementation, or digital transformation.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
- Experience with PLM systems (SAP S4 HANA, PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile) and processes (CAD integration, BOM, Change Management).
- Work arrangement: Hybrid with average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
