Group Product Manager - AMR

Own and drive the AMR product roadmap covering hardware, firmware, and robot software with clear targets on mobility, navigation, docking, material handling, and fleet reliability.

Establish and continuously improve verification processes to ensure robot performance reliability before deployment, turning field failures into product improvements and new verification standards.

Lead and grow the robotics product management team, prioritizing reusable product capabilities, translating customer and fleet data into measurable outcomes, and aligning cross-functional teams without direct authority.

8–10 years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or autonomous systems with hands-on engineering and real product ownership.

Experience owning reliability, validation, deployment risk, or field performance across multiple customer deployments.

Technical expertise sufficient to assess engineering and vendor trade-offs across sensors, motion control, power systems, navigation stack, and system integration.

Work Experience Required: 8–10 years in relevant domains (robotics, industrial automation, or autonomous systems).

Senior product leader with deep interdisciplinary system knowledge spanning mechanical, electrical, and software domains related to AMRs.

Experienced in managing hardware development gating processes with rigorous go/kill criteria and release measurement enforcement under schedule pressure.

Comfortable navigating complex, multi-geography customer environments, with familiarity in AMR safety standards, simulation limits, and tools such as ROS 1/ROS 2 and fleet telemetry.
