About This Role
- Lead and manage multi-functional quality improvement programs and projects to enhance product or service quality.
- Develop and oversee program schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and progress tracking to meet quality objectives.
- Communicate program status and escalate issues to stakeholders while recommending and implementing solutions across development, manufacturing, and service functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP/PMI) is mandatory.
- Typically 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
- Role is onsite with expectation to work primarily from an HPE office in India.
