About This Role
- Own and advance SyncOS platform capabilities focused on autonomous fleet intelligence and operational observability to optimize robot task allocation and system health.
- Translate complex operational problems into precise product models, define measurable outcomes, and lead the roadmap from problem definition through production validation.
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams including software, robotics, solutions, and deployment to build scalable and configurable automation orchestration products.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience with technically complex software products, especially in workflow, orchestration, scheduling, logistics, data-intensive products, or platform tools.
- Experience using operational data to define events, states, metrics and inform product decisions.
- Proven record of shipping software that makes operational decisions or aids users in understanding complex system behavior.
- Strong collaboration with backend/platform engineers to handle state, contention, dependencies, race conditions, and failure modes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building products that coordinate multi-agent or fleet operations, with understanding of scheduling, optimization, or workflow systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create reusable configurable product capabilities from repeated customer-specific needs.
- Comfortable working with robotics or industrial automation domains, or otherwise able to quickly grasp complexities of AMR, intralogistics, or industrial systems.
