About This Role
- Own significant parts of SyncOS platform relating to autonomous fleet intelligence, orchestration, and operational observability.
- Transform operational data and deployment learning into measurable product outcomes that improve fleet autonomy and system health monitoring.
- Define product roadmaps and system behavior for complex real-world constraints, reducing the need for operator intervention and enabling scalable automation workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of product management experience building technically complex software products, especially in workflow, orchestration, scheduling, logistics, data-intensive products or developer/platform tools.
- Experience working from operational data to define events, states, metrics, and using production evidence for product decisions.
- Experience shipping systems where software makes operational decisions or helps users understand complex system behavior.
- Experience writing precise product specifications defining rules, edge cases, and expected behavior under multiple constraints.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend/platform engineering collaboration with an understanding of state management, contention, dependencies, race conditions, and failure modes.
- Able to transform repeated customer-specific needs into configurable, reusable product capabilities based on operational evidence.
- Background or strong interest in multi-agent/fleet coordination, logistics optimization, workflow/low-code platforms, or operational tooling, with preference for robotics and warehouse automation domains.
