Degree or equivalent experience required; must work AMER shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) and be office-flexible (3 days/week).
Experienced in senior or strategic customer-facing AI-first roles, with hands-on use of Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or similar AI platforms.
Strong ability to translate technical AI-generated insights into business value and executive narratives with commercial acumen.
Consultative style focused on guiding enterprise customers on leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes and ROI.
