About This Role
- Own the design, maintenance, security, and availability of global endpoint management platforms, ensuring compliance with operations and security standards.
- Provide advanced technical support and escalation management for complex Windows and macOS endpoint issues, including configuration, patching, encryption, and lifecycle management.
- Develop automation solutions for device provisioning, software deployment, and repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management to improve efficiency and standardization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro for endpoint device management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, zsh, or Python for administration and automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading endpoint management projects with strong technical and analytical skills in both Windows and macOS platforms.
- Proficient in endpoint security, cloud identity providers (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD), and modern endpoint security concepts.
- Capable of working independently and mentoring team members while managing concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
