About This Role
- Develop and execute category strategies to reduce cost, mitigate risks, and improve operational efficiency for assigned commodities globally.
- Manage procurement lifecycle including contract negotiations, supplier performance, and category planning leveraging data and AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to address supply chain risks, supplier compliance, and delivery quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle) and e-sourcing tools; knowledge of AI-powered procurement and spend analytics (OAS, OBIEE, Tableau).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in procurement or category management roles.

- Experienced in developing and implementing global category strategies driven by deep market, supplier, and technology insights.
- Skilled at contract lifecycle management, supplier risk identification and mitigation, and leveraging data for procurement decisions.
